Congratulations to the Allegany Arrows of the Can-Am Lacrosse for winning the Bronze Medal Saturday at the 2024 National Men’s Senior B Lacrosse Championship in Ladner, BC. The Arrows defeated the Snake Island Muskies of the Three Nations Senior Lacrosse League 11-8 in front of a huge crowd at the Ladner Leisure Centre. The teams were tied at 3 after 20 minutes and tied at 6 heading into the final frame before Allegany scored twice in the opening 2:07 to take a lead they would never relinquish.
The Arrows outshot the Muskies 51-20, with goalies Chase Martin and Craig Seneca combining to stop 12 of 20 shots faced. Allegany's Joshua Becker (1G, 4A) and Snake Island's Sam Firth (2G, 3A) were the scoring leaders in the match.
It is the Arrows' first ever medal at the Presidents Cup.
